Down the Hatch has been a Very Bothersome problem for me.

I own a home at 171 Balsam Street, and have been unable to sleep when a band is
playing.  This noise should have never been allowed to occur in the first
place.  It shows a disrespect for the neighbors, and is a "disturbance of the
peace".

No effort was made to keep the noise within the property limits, and appears to
me to have been done only to increase .....

I usually can not hear the music coming from Down the Hatch from my house on Ebony Street but understand the problem for all the people living closer to the marina. Just because it doesn't affect me as much as it does others I'm not going to say that I do not have a problem with it. The noise is a problem if you can hear it from your house or not.
